Tart with homemade ice cream filling.

In this recipe, the filling for the pie should not just be a cream, but ice cream, so you need to prepare it the night before preparing the dessert.

You will need:

For foundation:
100 g of butter
180 g of flour
4 tbsp. L. Cocoa powder
130 g of granulated sugar

For filling:
1 glass of creamy cream
1 cup of condensed milk
4 tbsp. L. Coffee liqueur
1 tsp. Vanilla extract

For ganache:
150 g of dark chocolate
150 ml of creamy cream
1/2 cup fried hazelnuts

How to cook:

1. To make ice cream, whip the thick cream to a lush mass. In the whipped cream, add condensed milk, coffee liqueur and vanilla extract. Whisk all ingredients until smooth. Instead of liquor, you can add to the cream the divorced coffee in the same amount, however, in this case, the ice cream will turn out to be less «silky».
Put the resulting ice cream in a container and put it in the freezer for the night (about 8 — 10 hours).

2. The next day, start preparing the basis for the cake (although, of course, it is more correct to call this dessert a tart). Sift the wheat flour into a deep bowl, then put cocoa powder, sugar in it, and add chopped butter. Rub the ingredients with hands to the state of small crumbs.
Preheat the oven to 180C. Take a shape for your cake and oil it with vegetable oil. Get the resulting dough in a mold, form the base and sides from it. Put the beans or beans on the bottom of the mold as a weighting agent. Bake the cake for 8-10 minutes.

3. While the base for the cake is cooling, prepare the ganache. Bring the cream to a boil and put the dark chocolate in them. Turn off the fire, and mix the mass until uniform.

4. Half of the ganache is laid out in the base of the cake, pat them on the sides. After 20 minutes, when the chocolate is a little hard, lay out the ice cream. Immediately after this, cover the pie with food film and put in the freezer for 1 hour. After the time, cover the top of the cake with ganache, take it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

5. Take one out of the refrigerator and decorate it with hazelnuts, serve.
