SPECIALTY CAKE «STRAWBERRY IN CHOCOLATE»

Ingredients:
Dough 1:
Cookies in chocolate glaze — 125 gr
Flour — 150 gr
Baking powder — 1/2 tsp.
Sugar — 75 gr
Vanilla sugar — 1 packet
Butter — 125 gr (softened)

Dough 2:
Flour — 200 gr
Cocoa powder — 15 gr
Baking powder — 2 tsp.
Sugar — 125 gr
Eggs — 4 pieces
Vegetable oil — 100 ml
Natural yoghurt — 100 g

Filling of 1:
Milk chocolate with yoghurt filling — 100 gr
Strawberry — 500 gr
Sugar — 50 gr
Gelatin — 20 gr (in powder)
Cream 35% — 400 gr

Fillings 2:
Chocolate — 100 g
Natural yoghurt — 400gr
Sugar — 75 gr
Gelatin — 10gr (in powder)

For decoration:
Chocolate — 75gr
Small strawberry — 100 gr

SPECIALTY CAKE «STRAWBERRY IN CHOCOLATE»

Preparation:
For the test 1:
Put the cookies in a bag, close and roll with a rolling pin to make a large crumb.
All the remaining ingredients are put in a bowl and beaten with a mixer.
Add crumbled cookies and knead the dough with your hands.
Put the dough into a oiled form and spread it on the bottom with your hands or a small rolling pin.

For the test 2:
In a bowl, sift flour, baking powder and cocoa powder. Mix.
Add the rest of the ingredients and whip the mixer at maximum speed for 2 minutes.
The resulting dough should be poured over a sand base and baked in a oven heated to 180 ° C for 20-25 minutes. Cool without removing from the mold.
My biscuit rose a little high for the shape used, and its surface was not even, so after cooling I lined the top of the cake with a knife and then returned it back to the mold.

For the filling 1:

Rinse and dried strawberries cut into small pieces, cover with sugar and mix.
Gelatin pour boiled water (5 liters) and set aside for 15 minutes for swelling.

In a bowl with gelatin add 2 tbsp. Whipped cream, mix and quickly put the whole mass in the remaining cream. Mix.
Strew strawberries and chocolate in the cream and mix.
The resulting mass is put on top of the cake, leveled. Put the cooler crock for 30-60 minutes.

For the filling 2:
Gelatin pour boiled water (2.5 liters) and set aside for 15 minutes for swelling.
Chocolate melt on a water bath or in a microwave
Mix yogurt with sugar.
Bowl with gelatin put in a saucepan with hot water and with constant stirring, warm up to dissolve the gelatin (do not boil).
In a bowl with gelatin add 2 tbsp. Yogurt, mix and quickly put the whole mass in the rest of the yogurt. Mix.
Pour the melted chocolate into gelatin and mix until smooth.
The resulting cream is carefully poured over the creamy-strawberry layer, leveled and put into the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
After this time, carefully hold a knife along the sides of the mold, remove the sides and put the cake on the serving dish.
For the decoration, melt the chocolate, spread it on the cake with a spoon and until the chocolate stops to decompose the strawberries quickly.
