INGREDIENTS:

Sour cream 500 g
Cookie cracker 300 g
Chocolate 200 g
Powdered sugar 150 g
Gelatine 30 g
Jelly 1 pack

PREPARATION:
1.Zhelatin soak in cold water until it swells. Mix the powdered sugar with sour cream. In a water bath, melt the gelatin and pour a thin trickle into the sour cream, stirring constantly. Break the cracker, put it in sour cream and mix it.

TIP:
