Ingredients:
Chicken breast or fillet — 1 piece (about 300-400 grams)
Mushrooms — 300g
Potatoes — 2-3 pcs
Pickled cucumbers — 2-3 pc
Green onions — to taste
Salt, ground black pepper — to taste
Sour cream — 2/3 cup
Mustard -. 1 tsp
Olive oil — 2-3 tbsp. spoons

Preparation:
Chicken meat, boil until cooked, remove from broth and cool.
Wash and boil «in uniform» potatoes. Cool and clean.
Mushrooms wash, dry and chop.
Sauté mushrooms until light golden brown in a well-heated frying pan with olive oil.
At the end of frying the mushrooms with salt, cover and set aside. Chicken meat cut into small pieces.

Wash, dry and chop the green onions.
Combine all ingredients. Sour cream, mixed with mustard, black pepper and salt. Mix. Hide in the fridge for half an hour. Garnish with herbs
