Pepperonata with chicken

Ingredients:

Fillet of chicken breast — 500 g
Flour — 1 tbsp. L.
Salt and pepper to taste
Onion — 2 pcs.
Garlic — 4 tooth.
Pepper bulgarian — 2 pcs (it is better to take a different color)
Tomatoes (you can take tomatoes in your own juice) — 400 grams
Tomato paste 2 tbsp. L. (If you take tomatoes in your own juice, then paste is not needed)

Pepperonata with chicken

Preparation:
1. Wash chicken and cut into small pieces (2x2cm). Pepper and salt.
2. Add flour and stir well.
3. In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the fillets for 5-7 minutes. Put it in the bowl.
4. Cut the garlic into small pieces, or squeeze through the press.
5. Cut the onions into half rings.
6. Cut the pepper into strips.
7. Peel the tomatoes, add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and cook the tomato puree with a blender.
8. In a frying pan, where the fillets were toasted, fry the onions and garlic for 4-5 minutes.
9. Add pepper and fry for another 5 minutes.
10. Add the deferred filet.
11. Pour the tomato puree, bring to a boil and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
12. When serving, sprinkle with greens if desired.
