Chicken breast — 1 pc.
Natural Yoghurt — 150 ml
Sweet pepper — 1/2 pcs.
Cheese — 100 g
Paprika — to taste
Salt, pepper — to taste

Preparation:

1. Cut the pencil with rings, remove the seeds, then cut each ring in half. With chicken breast remove the skin. Knife to make small incisions. In each incision, put a strip of sweet pepper. 2. Sprinkle with salt. Make yoghurt sauce. For it, mix yogurt with paprika, add salt to taste. 3. Pour in the yoghurt sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at a temperature of 180 degrees 40 minutes.

Cottage cheese skimmed 250 grams
Orange 1,5 pcs.
Oat flakes 100 g
Stevia
A bag of gelatin

Preparation:
1. Oat flakes pour beforehand with sweetened milk, but slightly.
2. Distribute this sticky mixture in shape.
3. Mix the rest of the milk with cottage cheese (in a mixer, for example).
4. Dissolve with the stevia and add there.
5. Orange is a good wash and grate on its grated zest, but also lightly. Only the top orange layer needs to be removed. It is needed for the orange smell, which will block the smell of gelatin.

You will need:

500 gr.tvoroga (I take fat-free)
4 eggs
150 gr. Sahara
100 gr. butter
zest of one lemon (you can of orange)
1 tablespoon semolina
raisins to taste (I do without raisins)
