Original snack. Cucumber rolls with chicken and cottage cheese

In these delicate zucchini rolls, juicy meat perfectly matches with curd filling. The most pleasant thing is that the dish is prepared without much trouble, but it looks appetizing and bright. Perhaps, this is the best option for a light dinner.


Zucchini — 2 pieces
Chicken fillet — 350 g
Low-fat cottage cheese — 1 tbsp. L
Natural yogurt — 2 tbsp. L
Cheese — 50 g
Greenery — 1 tbsp. L
Garlic — 3 g
Salt, pepper — to taste


Zucchini and cut into strips of 0.5 cm. We cover the baking tray with baking paper, lay out zucchini, slightly grease with olive oil, salt. We put in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 5 minutes. Chicken fillet cut into thin longitudinal strips, carefully beat off, salt and pepper. Leave the meat for 5-10 minutes.
To cool the courgettes we spread the strips of chicken fillet.
In the cottage cheese we add yoghurt, garlic, chopped greens, salt and pepper. Well, everything is mixed. On top of the fillet put a layer of curd filling and sprinkle with grated cheese. Roll the rolls and fasten them with skewers. Sprinkle with olive oil. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Rolls are sprinkled with greens and served to the table. If desired, you can make a sauce: mix yogurt with herbs, garlic and finely chopped Bulgarian pepper, salt and pepper to taste.
