Ingredients:

4 large beam (200 g) of your favorite greens
2 cloves garlic
150 g of natural yoghurt
450g fat-free yogurt
salt
4 Armenian lavash (200 g)

Cooking method:

We grind herbs and garlic and mix with yogurt and cottage cheese. Season with salt to taste. Smear the mixture on pitas and twists into a roll. We give the stand for several hours in the refrigerator. Cut into strips 2 cm thick.
