Lemon biscuit:

— 50 ml of limoncello (liqueur).

For cream (rose):
— 2.5 protein,
— 75 g of sugar,
— 200 grams of butter at room temperature,
— 0.5 h of cognac or liquor.
Red dye.

How to cook:

1. Biscuit: Heat the oven to 170 ° C. Form (d. 18 cm) grease with oil, bake the bottom with baking paper. Oil whisk with sugar until fluffy at high speed. Add one by egg, zest, salt. Mix the sifted flour and baking powder with a spatula. Bake one cake, or two, dividing the dough into 2 parts. Cool down.
