Healthy food. Cottage cheese casserole for 10 min

Ingredients:

Low fat cottage cheese — 150 g
Banana — 1 pc
Egg — 1 piece
Semolina — 2 tbsp. L
Berries — 2 tbsp. L (we have black currant)
Sweetener — to taste

Preparation:

In a blender, beat the cottage cheese, egg, mango, sweetener, add the banana cut into slices and black currant. Pour the mixture into a microwave oven, such as a mug or a plastic container, and cook for 5-7 minutes at maximum power.
