Soy sauce 2 tbsp. spoons
Rice vinegar 1 tbsp. a spoon
½ cup honey
Garlic 1 clove
Grated ginger 1 h. Spoon
Leek 4 beam
Chicken 1.8kg
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Olive oil 1 tbsp. a spoon

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 230 degrees.
2. Cut the chicken into 8 pieces.
3. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, vinegar, honey, minced garlic and ginger. Divide the sauce into 2 bowls: one — for the lubrication, the other — as a sauce.
4. Cover the pan with foil and place the chicken pieces. Brush sauce and send it to 20 minutes in the oven, basting juices spun off 2 times.
5. Re-lubricate the chicken sauce and return to the oven for another 5-10 minutes, but in the lower shelf.
6. In the meantime, chop the onion into thin strips, put into another pan, mix with olive oil, salt and pepper. Send in the oven on the top shelf for 10-12 minutes until crisp condition.
7. Serve the chicken with crispy onions and sauce.
