Cooking time: 40 minutes + cooling
Servings: 8

You will need:

White chocolate — 350 g
Cheese mascarpone — 600 g
Whipped cream — 280 ml
Sugar — 50 g
Berries (raspberry, blueberry, black currant) — 2 cups
Strawberry — 10-12 pieces
Berry jam — 5 tablespoons
Almond or coconut biscuits — 100 g
A pinch of salt

How to cook Frozen cake with white chocolate:

1. On a water bath, melt the white chocolate, tint sugar and a pinch of salt. Whipped cream, mascarpone and almost cooled white chocolate mix.
2. In a separate bowl, mix a third of the berries with 2 tablespoons of jam. Prepare a form for bread, covering it with food film.
3. First layer: lay half the mascarpone on the bottom.
4. The second layer: a mixture of jam and berries.
5. The third layer: the rest of the mascarpone. Align the surface with the back of the spoon.
6. Fourth layer: place the cookies in a solid row.
7. Cover the food film and freeze for 6 hours before use.
8. Cook the sauce. 5 cut the strawberries in half and put them in a saucepan along with the rest of the jam. Cook until the strawberry is tender. Then mix this mixture in a blender, cool.
9. When serving, remove the cake from the mold, remove the film and cover with sauce. Garnish with fresh berries.
