You will need:

3 sweet peppers
2 young zucchini

How to cook:

1. Wash and dry vegetables and herbs. Bake the peppers on a baking sheet, laid by baking paper in an oven preheated to 180C for 20 minutes.

2. Wrap peppers in foil and refrigerate. Meanwhile, chop the zucchini slices.
