Ingredients:
Mushrooms 500 g
Potatoes 6 pieces
Carrot 1 piece
Onions 1 piece
Olive oil 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

Preparation:
1. Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces.
2. Broth put on fire and add the potatoes.
3. Mushrooms thoroughly washed, cut into thin slices.
4. Carrots cleaned and cut into strips (or rub on a coarse grater) Mince the onion.
5. In a pan melt a little olive oil, add the mushrooms, onions and carrots.
6. Season with salt and pepper.
7. Simmer over low heat for about 15-20 minutes.
8. When the potatoes are ready, add the mushrooms to the broth, carrots and onions.
9. Cook for another 5-7 minutes. Serve with sour cream is better.
