
Ingredients:
hard cheese — 200 g
Cottage cheese — 300 g
Semolina — 3 tbsp
Eggs — 3 pcs.
Garlic — 1-2 cloves (optional)
Dill — a small beam
Kefir — 100 ml
Salt and pepper — to taste
Delicious cheese pie
Preparation:
1. Munk pour yogurt. Leave on for 20-30 minutes for swelling semolina.
2. Cheese grate and mix with cream cheese, add egg and finely chopped dill.
3. Then mix all. Add salt and pepper to taste. Optionally, you can add the grated garlic.
4. Put the mass into a mold and bake in the oven until cooked.
