Wheat Bran — 2 tbsp. l.

Soft cheese 0% — 3 tbsp. l.
Sahzam — to taste

Cheese «Philadelphia» 3% — 70 g
Soft curd 0% — 250 g
Chicken Eggs — 3 pcs.
Zest and juice of one lemon
Cornstarch — 2 tbsp. l.

All ingredients for cake mix thoroughly, pour into a silicone mold and bake for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Ready cake from the mold does not get it!

Preparation of the filling:

1. Mix «Philadelphia» cheese, sugar, lemon zest and half the juice, two eggs, one egg yolk and starch! Kneaded with a mixer at low speed!
2. Separately, whisk the remaining protein to stable peaks and gently stir with a mass syrno- cheese!
3. Pour the filling on the cake, again put in the oven for 40 minutes at 160 g!
4. While the cheesecake is baked, prepare the third layer!
5. The remaining half of the lemon juice dilute with water, add sahzam and 1 tbsp. l. cornstarch!
6. heated in a microwave oven until thick!
7. When the cheesecake is ready, give a little cool, and top coat with lemon topping!)))
