Cheese cake

 

Ingredients:

● Eggs — 2 pcs.
● Yogurt — 1 cup
● Soda — 0.5 tsp..
● Muka — 1 cup
● Salt — 0.5 tsp..
● Hard cheese — 250 g
● Sausages, ham or sausage — 200 g
● Butter
● Rusk bread or semolina:Cheese cake

Cheese cake

Preparation:

1. Beat the eggs with salt.
2. Soda add yogurt, stir and leave for a few minutes. Then pour in the eggs.
3. Add the flour and mix well. The dough should be consistency as pancakes.
4. Cheese grate. Frankfurters (ham or sausage) cut into slices. All add to the batter and mix.
5. Baking grease with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs or semolina. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Put the dough on a baking sheet and flatten with a spoon. Put in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes (the time depends on the characteristics of the oven, bake until golden).
