CAKE WITH STRAWBERRY WITHOUT BAKING
 
Strawberries with cream — it is always gentle, juicy and deliciously delicious! And if this classic of taste is dressed in the form of a cake, it’s hard to imagine what could be more appetizing … So bright and so summer-like!


 
INGREDIENTS
300 g square shortbread
2 tbsp. medium fat cream
1/4 Art. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. l Sahara
1 bag of vanilla sugar
1/2 kg of strawberries
1/4 tsp salt
 
PREPARATION
Wash strawberries, remove tails. put a handful of prepared berries aside (they will be needed to decorate the cake), cut the rest into plates and mix with sugar.
Cream whip until the formation of peaks, gradually adding powdered sugar, salt and vanilla sugar.
The form was covered with cling film or parchment. Put half of the cookies in 1 layer, on which 1/3 of the sliced ​​berries are distributed. Lavishly smear them with cream. Top with another layer of biscuits, strawberries and cream. Decorate the top of the dessert with berries, smear the cream residue with the sides of the cake.
Put the dessert in the freezer for 3-4 hours .
