Ingredients:
For the sponge:
3-4 carrots (360 g)
A handful of dried apricots
2 tablespoons flour (I 1 l.kukuruznaya, 1l.ovsyanaya)
3 eggs
2-3 st.l.yogurta natural
Salt and soda pinch

For filling:
200 g of cottage cheese
1 banana
½ st.yogurta or sour cream
1 tsp gelatin
Sah.zam. taste

Preparation:
1. Carrots and apricots grind in a blender, put in a pan
2. Mix the yolks with the flour and yoghurt, add to the stew mixture add the beaten egg whites with the salt. All gently stir
3. Pour onto a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes
4. Cream: Dissolve gelatin in yogurt (convenient to do it in the microwave). Cottage cheese with banana whip, add to yogurt and mix.
